Texas Attorney Kelly McGinnis

Kelly McGinnis is also a former prosecutor.  She was with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office  from 2003-2010.  In her time there, she was assigned to oversee Misdemeanor and Felony cases as well as being specially designated to handle Mental Health cases, Family Violence offenses, crimes against children and Intake.   While at the District Attorney's Office, Kelly provided training to fellow prosecutors of the  Bexar County District Attorneys Office.   During this time she particiapted in numerous Misdemeanor and Felony trials ranging from DWI to Murder.  Kelly has also been assigned as a Special Prosecutor on particular cases by the Courts of Bexar County.    As a defense attorney, Kelly has represented clients in Bexar and surrounding counties for all levels of offenses having participated in multiple trials receiving positive results for her clients. This knowledge of the system from both the defense and prosecutorial sides gives her an in-depth understanding of the legal system, which she uses to achieve the best possible results for our clients.
